We can undertake noise and / or vibration measurements for the purpose of assessing road traffic, rail traffic, construction and demolition, industrial and entertainment noise to assess the impact on the local community. We can also assess building acoustic performance standards such as those used to rate sound insulation (STC and IIC), background noise (dBA and NC (Noise Criterion) and room acoustics (reverberation time, STI etc.).
We can simulate outdoor noise propagation by using Cadna-A modelling software, and the performance of interior acoustic environments such as those where speech intelligibility or musical clarity are paramount by using EASE (Enhanced Acoustic Simulator for Engineers) software.
