BAP Acoustics provided acoustic services during the detailed design of this iconic office development designed by B+H Architects for PCI Developments Corp.
Our advice was focused on mitigating the transfer of noise from mechanical and electrical equipment to interior areas of the office complex and the roof terrace. Additional noise control measures were proposed to limit emissions from restaurant and parkade exhaust fans to facilitate compliance with the City of Vancouver Noise Bylaw 6555.
