AP Acoustics provided acoustic design input to this luxury apartment building, which when constructed will be the world’s tallest hybrid timber structure.

This one of a kind building is the design of celebrated New York architect Shigeru Ban. BAP’s input had been coordinated with the design by the local team led by Francl Architecture.

The acoustic features include partitions rated to high sound insulation performance, separating floors incorporated good impact isolation and Cross-Laminated Timber ceilings incorporation a level of acoustic absorption.
